Visa Disclaimer
Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy/consulate. We provide visa support services and program documentation but we do not determine visa approval.
Refund & Transfer Policy
- Visa Support fee ($500): Non-refundable once processing has started (service delivered by the team).
- Program deposit ($600): Refundable only within 72 hours of payment (before onboarding begins). After onboarding begins, deposit becomes non-refundable but can be transferred to the next cohort (one-time transfer).
- If visa is refused: Candidate may transfer to a future cohort or switch to an approved online alternative where available (subject to policy).
